Mr. Kapoor Enrolled with the bar in the year 1983 and thus has a rich experience of more than 36 years in practice. During his practice tenure Mr. Kapoor has mastered a number of subjects and has many reported judgments as well. Tax, Company law, Service and Labour laws, Constitutional cases, Arbitrations, Land Acquisition and Criminal law, civil recoveries are some of the matters he regularly handles. His places of regular practice are Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Punjab and Haryana High Court, National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal, Enforcement Directorate and Appellate Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
